  1. This self-extracting archive contains the complete Now Utilities 4.0.1/4.0.1p Updater and updater files. Be sure to place the Updater application and files in the same folder. Launch the Updater and follow the instructions.

  3. This file is intended for those who want to update version 4.0 of the Now Utilities to 4.0.1/4.0.1p.  If you already have version 4.0.1 of the Now Utilities and are interested in 4.0.1p, please see the 4.0.1p updater ReadMe.

  7. UPDATING FLOPPY DISKS
  8. We recommend that you update a set of backup floppy disks rather than your original master disks.

  10. SUPER BOOMERANG EXTRACTOR
  11. The Super Boomerang Extractor is a complete file.  In order to update your copy, remove the existing Super Boomerang Extractor 4.0 from your Extensions Folder.  Place the Super Boomerang Extractor 4.0.1 file into your Extensions Folder.

  13. NOW UTILITIES INSTALLER
  14. The Installer application is also a complete file. In order to update your backup disk #1, unlock the disk and remove the existing Now Utilities 4.0 Installer application. Copy the Now Utilities 4.0.1 Installer application onto the backup disk.

  16. NOWSAVE
  17. After NowSave 4.0 is updated to version 4.0.1, the Key Capture feature will be turned off. If you were using Key Capture in version 4.0, open the NowSave control panel and turn it back on.

  19. WYSIWYG Menus
  20. After updating WYSIWYG Menus, you will need to restart your computer twice in order for the existing Preferences file to be used.
